1, Pressurized solar tank
A), The solar tank is pressurized, working pressure is under 6bar
B), Internal of solar tank, there have single or double copper coils as heat exchanger, one heat exchanger is connected with solar collector for transport heating energy to heating water, another heat exchanger for assistant heating by natural gas and others energy, also can connect with radiator for heating rooms.
C), The solar tank is separated with solar collector, also it is pressurized solar tank, so the solar tank can install at washroom, kitchen, balcony or others convenience places.

2, Pressurized solar collector
A), The solar collector is pressurized, so it can working under 10bar pressure.
B), The solar collector is separated with solar tank, so it can install at any sunshine place.
C), All the tube is high borosilicate glass, the coating is CU/SS/ALN, have more heating efficiency.
D), Inside of vacuum tube, there are aluminium fin and copper heat pipe, acceleration heat transfer
E), The tube is closed, no water into vacuum tube, has a good ability to antifreeze in cold weather.
F), Internal of solar manifold, have copper flow passage, liquid is heated inside of copper flow passage, it's just as heat transfer media, the liquid is not for use directly, so the liquid can be pure water, also it can be anti-freeze or others heat transfer liquid.

3, Working station: Promote heat exchange between solar collector and solar tank

Working principle of split and pressurized solar water heater:
1, Vacuum tube absorb solar energy, heating copper heat pipe, rely on heat transfer by condenser on top of heat pipe, copper flow passage have been heated.
2, When the liquid pass through the copper flow passage, the liquid is heated by flow passage
3, Liquid into heat exchanger inside of solar tank, the heat exchanger is heated too
4, Finally the heated copper coils transfer heat energy into cold water
